Come join Carla Salas with Two Hives Honey and Lauren Peterson with Sacred Journey School of Herbalism & White Deer Apothecary for a class on the medicinal properties of herbs and honey.
We will be making a honey herbal infusion and an electuary honey that each participant will get to take home!
Not sure what an electuary is? Don't worry, we had to learn too!
An electuary is made by mixing powdered medicinal herbs with honey and is a delicious way to consume beneficial herbs on a daily basis. You can eat a spoonful on its own or mix it into hot tea or coffee.
