• Introduction to teas.
• Overview of tea blending basics (base, middle, top notes).
• Tips for balancing flavors and medicinal properties.

• Interactive exploration of Pacific Northwest native plants and garden herbs.
• Discussion of medicinal qualities, flavor profiles, and traditional uses.
• Smelling and sampling individual herbs to inspire blending ideas.

• Demonstration of blending techniques and sample recipes.
• Participants create their own custom blends (guided experimentation).
• Labeling and naming their personal tea creations.

• Participants brew small batches of their custom blends.
• Group tea tasting and sharing impressions.
• Optional: Pair teas with honey, lemon, or plant-based milk.
