Nettles are one of the Herbalists most favourite medicinal plants and a beautiful plant ally to humanity. A superbly nourishing food, deep healing medicine, dye, fibre and fertiliser. There are certainly over 101 uses of #nettle.
This two-hour class is a complete immersion in nettle medicine at a time when lush nettle leaves are newly emerging everywhere and asking to be used.
There will be lots to learn about nettle leaf, root and seed with tastings and a practical demonstration of a medicine made with nettle. (Nettle tincture and a nourishing herbal infusion)
The cost is £20 which includes an emailed handout. This class needs to be pre-booked via a paypal as numbers are limited and places book up quickly.
