Herb Club is back in Buxton!
Join me on Wednesday 3rd July to connect with plants using your senses and learn about medicinal herbs 🌿
For those who haven't joined before each Herb Club is an hour and includes a guided plant meditation, tea tasting, connecting with the energetics of the herb and journaling. I also share the folklore and magical associations, as well as a sprinkling of science.
Each month the herb is revealed after the tea tasting where you use all your senses to experience how the herb feels in the body.
Arrive with an open heart and mind to connect with medicinal herbs once a month.
Herb Club will meet at The Yoga Den Buxton 27 Lightwood Road, Buxton.
Spaces are limited to 8 people and cost £15 per person. Prepayment required.
