This 6 week beginner’s course for Men in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga will give you a strong foundation in the Asana’s (postures). The pace of the class is a little slower than a traditional vinyasa flow class and is focused on using postures and breath work to increase concentration, stamina, strength and flexibility, whilst strengthening the cardiovascular system, respiratory system and the core.Cost £60
