HER RUN - Manifestation Monday

Manifestation Monday is all about slowing down, tuning in and building each other up. As a run club we're used to focusing on movement, but now we're putting that energy inwards.

Come along to Coffee Cauldron, order one of their magical drinks and sit down to a ready table of supplies, for you to create your very own manifestation board splashing it with your aspirations and dreams whilst connecting with an incredible community of women supporting each others journeys.

All materials will be supplied so you can take your board home with you at the end of the session.
