Info: With a background in Biomedical Engineering and professional experience in medical equipment, Mai has spent her career focusing creating safe environments in healthcare. That same passion for safety and care extends into her role as a Defy Training coach, where she helps people feel strong, supported, and confident in their fitness journey. For Mai, working out isn’t just about physical results, it’s about doing something good for yourself, building resilience, and celebrating progress along the way. Her goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe to show up as they are, and leave feeling better, stronger, and proud of themselves.

Info: Born and raised in Hong Kong, Yann Yip is a lifestyle coach, entrepreneur and the founder of 'Journey to be a fit mom'. For the past 10 years, Yann has helped more than 10000 people transform their health and achieve the best shape of their lives. Yann who is also an advocate for Women Empowerment believes in the importance of self-love for one self and have held numerous interviews in hopes to inspire many women out there.
While pursuing a successful career and building her own empire, Yann is also a loving and inspiring mother. She emphasises her priority for her family despite her occupied schedule and by ensuring she becomes a role model for her son.

I lead V Magicure Spa & Beauty in Sarawak, alongside Jo Sanctuary Beauty & Spa Academy in Kuching. Beyond that, I actively train and support my business partners’ outlets across Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the Philippines. My passion is helping people achieve healthier skin while empowering beauty professionals to grow with confidence and skill.
