Her Healing: Free Group Counseling for Women in San Antonio

Her Healing is a free, ongoing group counseling experience in San Antonio facilitated by licensed professional counselors. Designed for women seeking emotional support and therapeutic growth, this confidential space allows participants to process emotions, share lived experiences, and learn practical tools that support healing and forward movement.

Healing is not linear. Some seasons feel steady, others uncertain. Her Healing offers a consistent, compassionate community rooted in respect, empathy, and shared resilience. Whether you’re attending for the first time or returning, your presence strengthens the circle.

Sessions are held every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 6:30 PM through May at the For Her community center.
