Mental Health Awareness Film Screening

SHIFT: Do What Moves You is a new documentary from Tell My Story that highlights possibility, resilience, and inspiration through the real stories of young people. The film explores how youth discover joy and strength through passions like sports, music, art, theatre, and many other forms of self-expression—shifting the narrative from struggle to strength.

HUG ME Ink and the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors are partnering with Tell My Story, a nonprofit that empowers young people to take ownership of their wellbeing and encourages parents and caregivers to approach mental health with the same care as physical health through film.

This event includes two parts:
Part 1: A 30-minute documentary screening
Part 2: A Q&A session with a mental health professional
