1:00 PM – Arrive and enjoy a grounding mushroom-infused matcha or tea by MUSHAND, crafted to support balance, clarity, and calm.

1:45 PM – Settle in for a deeply restorative sound bath journey.

2:45 PM – Conclude with gentle connection and soft conversation with like-minded women before departing.
