Hella Joy Ride |November 2024 LAST FOR THE YEAR

MOUNTAIN BIKING LADIES! Come join the Hella Joy Ride on Saturday, November 9, 2024 for our LAST RIDE OF THE YEAR! This is a social, no-drop, all-womxn's mountain bike ride in Annadel State Park in Santa Rosa, CA!

All ride levels, from New Rider to Advanced, are welcome! Please see event tickets for ride descriptions. All ages are welcome! *E-bikes are welcome! *We kindly ask that E-bikes respect the pace of the ride lead and the group in general.

Rides start and end at the Trail House bike shop and cafe in Santa Rosa. Bring your own bike or rent a demo from the Trail House (rent here).

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS APPRECIATED. You must sign the ride waiver here before joining the ride. Returning riders only need to sign once for the 2024 calendar year! Thank you in advance.

SCHEDULE

9:00-9:30AM | Check-in. Grab some coffee or a light snack from the Trail House cafe. Fill up on water, ride snacks and bike supplies in the bike shop.

9:30 AM | Announcements and Raffle. Win awesome prizes from our amazing sponsors - the Trail House, Camelbak, WTB and more!

9:30 - 9:45AM | Group Up and Roll Out! Organize into ride groups by self-selected skill level. All groups will have lead and sweep riders guiding the group and keeping the stoke high.

Ride! Ride for appx. 2-3 hours, depending on the group and route, with plenty of re-groups :-).

12:30 - 1pm | Post-Ride Lunch & Chill: Grab some lunch and a beverage from the Trail House cafe and relax on the patio with your new MTB friends!

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS

~Waivers: You must sign the waiver here before joining the ride. Returning riders only need to sign once for the 2024 calendar year! Thank you in advance.

~ Come prepared: Bring your helmet, eye protection, water, sunscreen/long sleeves/long socks, and a mountain bike in good working order. Make sure to fuel up before the ride. Pack water and snacks.

~ Safety: Mountain biking is a dangerous sport, and we assume that you are aware of the risks and assume responsibility for your personal safety.

~Demo rental bikes are available from the Trail House. You MUST booking advance here. Please note in your booking that you are participating in the Hella Joy Ride.

NEW CATEGORY *MOMs Mountain Bike with Kids

We are adding a new group this month. If you would like to go for an easy cruise WITH your kiddo on your bike, please meet at Trail House at 9:00 to join the festivities, and roll out with our super mom Kristin and her daughter. This is NOT for young riders riding independently on their own bike (maybe at another time!). This IS for moms who have a Mac Ride or some sort of seat ON their mountain bike for their young child. Please be prepared and proficient in riding with your child SAFELY on your mountain bike. You are assuming the liability of yourself and your child. We assume you have experience riding your mountain bike with your child. The route will be very mellow and easy paced. Come meet other moms who share the love of mountain biking with their kids!
