Introduction to EFT
- What is EFT? Emotional Freedom Technique, commonly known as EFT or tapping, is a powerful self-help method that combines elements of cognitive therapy and exposure therapy with acupressure. By tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations, EFT helps to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance.
- The Science Behind EFT Learn about the scientific research and theories that support the effectiveness of EFT. Discover how tapping can influence the amygdala and the hippocampus, two parts of the brain that play a central role in the stress response.
What to Expect
In this 90-minute workshop, you will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of the sources of stress and the importance of emotional balance for overall well-being.
- Learn and practice the EFT tapping points through guided sessions aimed at pinpointing to your emotional blocks
- Discover how to clearly identify your blocks during tapping, and how to use positive affirmations to enhance the benefits of the technique.
- Experience the calming effects of EFT first-hand and develop skills to integrate tapping into your daily routine for ongoing emotional well-being.
