TAKE ON LAND SLIDE LEGEND (7KM)
Hell & Back Junior: Land Slide Legend 7KM is not for the faint-hearted. This is our longest Junior event ever - a full 7KM Hell & Back course, designed for fitness fanatic kids ready to push themselves that bit further.
SUITABLE FOR AGES 10+: Due to the length and difficulty of the course, Land Slide Legend 7KM is suitable for children aged 10 and above who are ready for a more demanding challenge.
For the first time ever, Juniors will take on the full 7KM course, pushing themselves through an epic mix of top-class land and water obstacles. Expect 1 to 1.5 hours of non-stop action as they tackle everything from the iconic Splash Zone to the legendary Land Slide - the biggest slide in Ireland (new obstacle for Sept 2026).
This is a proper challenge - a real test of grit, teamwork and determination. But most of all, it’s an unforgettable adventure where every obstacle conquered brings a huge sense of achievement (and plenty of smiles along the way).
Taking place on Saturday 5th Sept 2026, Land Slide Legend 7KM is perfect for children ready to go bigger, go tougher and take on the ultimate outdoor challenge.
INCLUDES SPLASH ZONE!
This H&B Junior course includes the hugely popular Splash Zone series of water obstacles. All children are fitted with a buoyancy aid while in this zone and if they are non-swimmers, they will be directed around it.

New for September, the Land Slide brings something really special to the course. At 100+ metres long and 8 lanes wide, it's the longest, widest and fastest slide in Ireland - giving children a safe but seriously fun high-speed experience and a highlight they won't forget.
