Held is intentionally designed as a layered nervous system journey.
We begin with sound. A gentle arrival. A settling. A signal to the body that it is safe to land.
Tracy then guides participants through somatic movement to reconnect with their bodies. This is where awareness begins. Sensing what is being held. Noticing where tension lives. Identifying the places that are asking for breath.
From there, Sacha leads trauma-aware breathwork. The breath becomes the access point. The doorway. As participants move into deeper experience with Sacha, Tracy remains present in the room, offering grounded support and hands-on comfort where appropriate, ensuring the body feels steady as it opens.
We close again with sound. Not as an afterthought, but as integration. A softening and a sealing of the work.

Together, we are not creating intensity for the sake of intensity. We are creating a container where people feel supported, safe, and steady enough to go where they are ready to to explore.
