Come join us for some TRE so you can learn to Release and Hydrate your Fascia (connective tissue) release Stress, Tension, and any Trauma in your body without pain. Let’s All Shake It Off Together!
The exercises can be customized/modified to each person’s wants and needs such as you cannot get down onto or up from a Yoga Mat we can provide a Zero Gravity Chair.
Do you find your muscles fatigue quickly do you find you feel stiff run out of energy quickly. Would you like to have more energy and endurance? Feel more relaxed and find it easier to handle the daily stresses of life.
Do you get cramps in your legs? Do you want more flexibility? How about the opportunity to release the pain of injuries, even old injuries. Would you like the opportunity to get relief, possibly immediately or overtime, from such things as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, IBS and other Inflammatory and Painful Conditions. How about migraines, headaches and or back pain.
Want to sleep better? Could you experience RELIEF and Release of such emotions as frustration, fear, worry, anxiety and or brain fog?
When learning and regularly practicing TRE, it can be “The” Answer To All Of These And More”.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat blanket, water bottle and anything else you might need for Comfort.
Also, no concern if you cannot lay on a Yoga Mat, we have zero gravity chairs, pillows and bolsters for you.
Classes $20/session. Approx. 1hr to 1½ hrs. Minimum 3 and maximum 15 people
