Come join us for an energetic and fun HIIT class at Oldfield Park Junior School! Get ready to sweat, laugh, and push yourself to the limit.

Join us on October 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM (Europe/London) for a workout like no other. Our instructor will guide you through a high-intensity interval training session that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

Please note that when you sign up to the class you will receive a brief questionnaire to check for injuries etc that needs to be completed before the first class.
