Heavy Is The Crown is more than an open mic! It's a space created specifically for men to be heard.
This men-only experience invites poets, storytellers, creatives, and community members to come together for an evening of authentic expression, meaningful conversation, and connection. Whether you're stepping to the microphone or simply listening, this event is designed to create an environment where men can speak openly about life, fatherhood, relationships, identity, growth, healing, and the responsibilities they carry.
Hosted by Poet Dwan Cooper (AKA "The One"), the evening will feature powerful performances, open mic opportunities, and a welcoming atmosphere built on respect, vulnerability, and brotherhood.
No masks.
