Join a warm and inclusive community in outdoor (weather permitting) meditations every Saturday.Join us for a beautiful multi-sensory meditation practice that will leave you feeling more in flow with a deeper connection to yourself, your life and others.
EVERYONE is welcome to join, as we are a warm and inclusive community.
Doors will open at 8:50am and will be locked by 9am for a prompt start, so arriving early is better than late. Chairs, yoga mats and some cushions are available, please feel free to bring whatever will make you most comfortable.
We will share in community tea after our meditation until 10:30am.
