Hosted by Thrive Life Collective Foundation, this February event will bring people together for a day of movement, connection, and education—highlighting the beauty of living well through nature, nutrition, and the arts.
Guests can enjoy outdoor fitness sessions, healthy cooking demonstrations, heart-smart food tastings, and live music that uplifts both body and spirit. Local partners and wellness advocates will share resources for tobacco cessation, heart health, and sustainable living—creating an inclusive space where families can learn and grow together.
This event is made possible in part through a $1,000 sponsorship from the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET), supporting community initiatives that promote healthier lifestyles and reduce preventable disease across Oklahoma.
