Join us for an earth-moving Gong & Chimes Sound Bath led by Adam Deatherage; avid hiker, sound healer, and yoga instructor. Adam will guide us through a deeply immersive sound experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance as the vibrations wash through body and mind.This experience follows PiYo with Kelli at 2:00 PM, making it a beautiful afternoon of movement, breath, and deep rest. We encourage you to wear layered, comfy clothing and bring a yoga mat, plus a pillow and blanket if you’d like to fully settle in. A limited number of extras will be available.
Come as you are, bundle up if needed, and allow the sounds of gongs and chimes to ground, soothe, and reset you ~ right here in nature on our stage.
