Paint Your Energy: A 7-Month Chakra JourneyHearts & Crafts Art Workshop | Feb–Aug 2026
We're doing something different this year.
Every 2nd Saturday from February through August, we're exploring the 7 Chakras — not through lectures or meditation, but through paint, music, and creative expression.
Each month focuses on one energy center, with a song to set the vibe and a theme that invites you to explore what shows up on your canvas.
No Chakra knowledge required.
No painting experience needed.
Just show up, listen, and let your brush do the talking.
Here's the lineup:
🔴 February 14 — Root Chakra: "Steady or Not, Here I Come"
🟠 March 14 — Sacral Chakra: "We're Hot and We're Cold"
🟡 April 11 — Solar Plexus Chakra: "Upside Down, You Turn Me Inside Out"
💚 May 9 — Heart Chakra: "This Indecision's Bugging Me"
🔵 June 13 — Throat Chakra: "But Listen, Let Me Clear My Throat"
🟣 July 11 — Third Eye Chakra: "I've Seen the Good Side of Bad and The Downside of Up"
🤍 August 8 — Crown Chakra: "The Dream is Over... Or Has It Just Begun"
Every session includes:
A song to set the energy
Paint, canvas, and all supplies
Zero pressure to share, explain, or "get it right"
A community of people creating together
