About this Event

Comte is a French hard cheese known for being a full flavored cheese that is nutty and fruity in flavor that deepends with age. It has a firm yet creamy texture with occasional "eyes" like you find in Alpine style cheeses. Comte cheese is based on artisanal techniques developed over 1,000 years ago! One of my favorites for sure!

This is the first time I have offered this class and it will sell out quickly!

Class is $65 per person. Maximum capacity is 12 people.
