Heartfulness Youth Weekend — Dallas 🍂
Theme: The Unlived Life
Join us for a special weekend for young adults ages 15-35 — a chance to step away from the everyday, meet new people, and make a little space for yourself.
Together, we’ll explore The Unlived Life — the dreams, questions, possibilities, and parts of ourselves that we don’t always have the time or space to listen to.
The weekend will include meditation, yoga, music, workshops, conversations, volunteering, and plenty of time to connect. Come as you are — ready to slow down, reflect, laugh, and share a meaningful weekend together.
Disconnect to reconnect 🌿
This will be a digital detox weekend, giving us a chance to put our phones aside and be a little more present with ourselves and each other.

Your ticket helps us cover the venue and meals for the weekend.
