Heartfulness is a simple and subtle practice of meditation that connects each of us with the light and love in our hearts.

Learn to clear your mind, connect with your body and mind, and alleviate difficult emotions through this four-week workshop.

Each session will expand upon the previous week's information, so attendance for each session is highly recommended.

Participants need to be of 15 years of age to participate.
