Families are invited to relax, connect and recharge at Heartfulness Family Yoga. This free class is open to all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
Classes meet Saturday, Jan. 10, Feb. 21 and May 2, from 10-11 a.m. at the Gary Halter Nature Center.
Gentle yoga exercises promote mindfulness, movement and quality time together. Yoga mats are provided while supplies last, or bring your own.
