💌 Heartfelt is an intimate retreat morning for you to fill your own cup, enjoy restorative time for yourself, and give a little love back to your own heart.💌 Join me in a peaceful and beautiful setting at Moddershall Oaks for a gentle and soulful morning of connection - expect a nurturing journey that weaves together heart chakra healing,
colour and energy awareness, and intuitive art.
💗 Designed to feel warm, nurturing and uplifting ~ We will have a gentle focus on the heart chakra, coming back to a more balanced place, where you can love yourself and others more openly and let more love in to your life .
💌 As part of the morning, each guest will also receive a gentle hands-on Reiki moment focused on the heart space. All creative materials are provided. Warm drinks will be available throughout, and you’ll also leave with your own heart chakra painting and a little gift to take home!
