Step Up for Your Heart – Walk, Connect, and Celebrate Heart Health!

Join us to celebrate Heart Week, promote cardiovascular health and enjoy some fresh air. The walk will follow the iconic 3.8 km Tan Track, suitable for all fitness levels, and aims to encourage active lifestyles while connecting with the local community.

👟 What to Wear: Comfortable weather-appropriate clothing and sneakers.

🎒 What to Bring: Water bottle.

📌 Meeting Point: Pillars of Wisdom, Tan Track, Melbourne VIC 3004.

🕘 When: 09:15am arrival for an 09:30am start.

After the walk, participants are welcome to join a casual catch-up at a nearby café for those who wish to continue socialising. Drinks can be purchased individually.

The event may be cancelled in the case of poor weather. Updates will be provided prior to the event if cancellation is necessary.
