Warmly welcome to this year’s H.E.A.R.T. Summer edition in Slottsskogen 🦋🌞🙏💚
You come as you are and practice with where you at in a way that serves you in that very moment, adapting and finding your practice. 🙏🦋❤️
When: Tuesdays at 18.00-19.30 starting with 30 June. Each session is approximately 75 minutes with the possibility of staying a bit longer for some sharing etc.
Bring with you: your own yoga mat and maybe a blanket for the extended savasana.
Please feel free to bring a friend, family member or anyone you think might benefit from it! No previous experience is required and the sessions are donation-based. 🙏💚🌞🤍🙏

H.E.A.R.T. is an embodiment practice where we, with the breath as our anchor, use our body as a tool for healing, practicing awareness and reconnecting with our truth, reuniting body, mind and spirit! This practice includes elements of yoga, HIIT, somatic and free movements.
With practice, H.E.A.R.T. enables us to rewrite limiting beliefs, change undesirable patterns and expand our comfort zones. We also learn to experience high intensity training with a mindful approach. We practice challenging ourselves while meeting ourselves with acceptance, curiosity and calmness, not numbing out and pushing through, but staying present, learning to observe and to know when and where we need to push ourselves or take that step back. The pauses are just as (if not more) important as the intense sequences. We also experiment with our mindset and the impact it can have on our performance and wellbeing.
