Join us for an evening of Heart Song and meditation — a gathering of voices, devotion, and stillness. Led by Radha Aya with special guest, Cynthia Ghiron, together in sharing a slow rhythmic sacred practice of kirtana — call-and-response chanting that opens the heart and uplifts the spirit.💖🎶

We will begin by clearing the space and inviting the divine by playing small percussion instruments and blowing the conch shell. Along with 20 minutes of chanting to a slow rhythm, the evening will include a 20-minute traditional meditation session, inviting us into deep inner silence and presence — a space to listen to the song within.
Through sound and stillness, mantra and breath, we’ll rest and nourish our nervous systems together in the heart space rhythm of connection — to ourselves, to one another, and to the divine essence that unites us all.
No experience is needed — simply bring a cushion or blanket to sit on, a small percussion instrument, a closed lid water bottle, your voice, your breath, and your open heart.
Location: The Blue Barn event space is attached to the owner’s private blue house on the south side of the street, enter through the back. There's an RTD stop on Broadway about a 3 minute walk from the Barn.
The studio is a big blue barn-shaped building attached to a gingerbread Victorian house in a residential neighborhood. Come around the east side of the barn to the back: you'll find a porch with glass doors leading into the studio. Come on in when you get there.
Park on the street. Please be courteous to the neighborhood and don't block mailboxes or driveways. Please avoid parking in front of the house directly to the west of the the big blue house attached to the Barn.
This is not our house: we just rent the Barn as a studio. Please try not to bother the people who live there (although they are very nice and helpful).
Come as you are. Leave with your heart singing and your spirit at peace.
