Heart Smart Art 🎨💛 — A Creative Workshop for Kids (Ages 5–12)
Kids feel BIG feelings — and this workshop helps them understand those feelings in a fun, creative way. Join us for Heart Smart Art, a hands‑on experience where children learn emotional intelligence through mindfulness, stories, songs, and a guided art project designed to help them express and process emotions through color.
✨ What Kids Will Do
Learn simple mindfulness tools
Hear stories and songs about feelings
Explore how colors can express emotions
Create an art project they’ll be proud of
Build emotional vocabulary in a playful, supportive space
✨ For Parents Parents are welcome to stay in your child's activities or shop JADE BLOOM store for 15% off class participants!
Jade Bloom will have a seperate area for parents: OIL ROLLER BAR to make your own oil roller for an additional $10. Bring a friend!
Parents will receive a take‑home handout with tips for supporting emotional intelligence at home — including how to use color as a tool for emotional processing.
This is a joyful, creative way to help kids understand themselves better and build lifelong emotional skills. We can’t wait to create with you.
