Heart Path Sister Circles are a sanctuary of stillness—an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and journey into the quiet depths of your heart. Within the gentle embrace of sisterhood, we remember our own rhythms, soften into presence, and meet ourselves with honesty and care.

These circles are a space to be seen and felt in your wholeness. Here, we listen to the whispers of the heart, allowing whatever arises to be acknowledged and held with compassion. In tending to ourselves with care, we also tend to the greater whole, for the nourishment we give ourselves ripples outward into our families, our communities, and the wider world.

I created Heart Path Sister Circles from a deep reverence for the beauty of women gathering—heart to heart, soul to soul. To be held in a loving, heart-led community, to turn inward with courage, and to be witnessed without judgment is a gift beyond measure—a gentle reminder of our belonging to each other, to the earth, and to life itself.

Each circle is a quiet journey into being. We trust the alchemy of the space to unfold, moving gently with what arises. Each gathering is guided by a poem, story, or sacred text—an anchor that invites reflection and connection with your heart. The way the circle moves, the energies that arise, and the reflections shared are always unique, making every gathering its own unfolding.

Gentle ritual supports this flow, while ceremonial, ethically sourced cacao or a heart-opening tea blend nourishes body, heart, and spirit—softening us into calm, opening us to love, and inviting deeper presence.

• Rest into a guided meditation to soften the mind, open the heart, and settle into your inner landscape.
• Sip soothing cacao or a heart tea blend, allowing its warmth and flavour to nurture your body, calm your spirit, and deepen your connection with yourself.
• Pause to journal, capturing any whispers, sensations, or reflections that arise.
• Draw from oracle cards, welcoming inspiration, guidance, or simply a mirror to the wisdom already within.
• Share your words with the circle, if you feel called—held in a space of safety, respect, and quiet reverence, witnessed without judgment.
• Take part in a gentle ritual, unique to each circle, designed to support reflection, connection, and heart-led discovery.

Here, every story is honoured, every presence valued, and every heart welcomed. We move together with openness, compassion, and gentle attunement, together creating a shared space where presence, reflection, and heart-led connection can unfold naturally and beautifully, and where each person is seen, heard, and held without judgment. Being part of this circle means bringing an open heart, honouring the experiences of others, and moving with kindness toward yourself and the group.

Even though we work with a smaller, heart-opening dose of cacao (around 15g, rather than a full ceremonial serving of up to 45g), it is still important to be mindful and consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Cacao may not be suitable if you:

• Have a heart condition or high blood pressure
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding (a smaller dose may be more appropriate)
• Are taking antidepressants, particularly MAOIs or SSRIs
• Are particularly sensitive to stimulants

Heart Path Sister Circles are open to anyone who identifies as a woman. These gatherings are rooted in gentleness, respect, and inclusivity. All who join are invited to bring an open heart and a willingness to honour each other’s experiences. Together, we create a space where every story is valued, every presence respected, and every heart welcomed.
Please note that the venue has stairs and unfortunately does not have lift access.
