This class focuses on opening the heart chakra through slow movement, gentle stretching, rhythmic breathing, and a guided heart-opening meditation. You’ll be guided in a supportive and calming environment where the intention is presence, connection, and self-awareness.
This session is perfect for beginners or anyone feeling called to live more from the heart — with greater compassion, clarity, and ease. No prior Breathwork experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
