Reforming Pilates x Palm House

Join us for a special Reforming Pilates experience on the Palm House Terrace. In partnership with , we’re bringing their signature, reformer-inspired mat workout to Palm House for a weekly wellness series all season long.

Reforming Pilates brings the Reformer to the Mat with a fire, full-body workout designed to sculpt, strengthen, and shake you to your core. Expect an intense, high-energy flow. Using bodyweight and creative resistance-based sequences, this class delivers that signature RP burn from head to toe.

All classes will be led by Reforming Pilates instructors, each bringing their own unique style, energy, and expertise to keep every session fresh and dynamic.

Class Level: All levels welcome, with options to modify or challenge throughout.

Classes will be hosted twice a week at 8 AM, from December through February, creating the perfect sunrise reset. Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and reset your mind in a serene Palm Beach setting. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class is the perfect way to elevate your practice under the palms.

We’ll provide all mats and towels — just bring yourself and a readiness to feel the burn.
