Heart Opening and Expansion. This practice will guide you through a journey of healing and expanding your heart space, focusing on self-compassion, forgiveness, and love for both yourself and others. As we work together today, we will activate the heart center and invite the flow of high-vibrational love energy into your being.Join me as I play high vibration instruments during the visualization which is then followed by a sound bath where you will experience the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing bowls in combination with other high vibrational instruments. Relax into the soothing vibrations and discover the profound effects on your mind, body, and spirit this experience will offer.
Note: The session is an hour long. If lying on a mat this long causes you discomfort, we also offer chairs or a meditation cushion for a seated experience. Comfort is key.
* Fee is $20 per person. (paid at the door)
* Space is limited to 6 people per event.
* We will provide folding mats, cushions or chairs.
* Bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
