I would like to offer a Daytime option for Gratitude as a Bridge to Higher Energy. This visualization practice is designed to guide you through a process of reflecting on the blessings in your life, and transforming gratitude into a powerful tool for raising your vibration and connecting to higher energy.Gratitude is a powerful force—it opens the heart, elevates the spirit, and aligns us with the flow of positivity. During this visualization, we will harness this power to invite more light into our lives and raise our energetic frequency.
Join me as I play high vibration instruments during the visualization which is then followed by a sound bath where you will experience the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing bowls in combination with other high vibrational instruments. Relax into the soothing vibrations and discover the profound effects on your mind, body, and spirit this experience will offer.
Note: The session is an hour long. If lying on a mat this long causes you discomfort, we also offer chairs or a meditation cushion for a seated experience. Comfort is key.
* Fee is $20 per person. (paid at the door)
* Space is limited to 6 people per event.
* We will provide folding mats, cushions or chairs.
* Bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
