Let's dive deep into the heart space with Nicole Lindstrom for a magical monthly cacao ritual experience.
About this Event

A monthly cacao ritual designed to open the heart, quiet the mind, and restore connection to inner guidance.

This practice uses breath, slow strength-based movement, and intentional stillness to prepare the body and nervous system to receive cacao. The work is steady and deliberate—clearing stagnation, opening energetic pathways, and creating the conditions for the heart to be felt and heard.

Led by Nicole Lindstrom, the ritual includes:

  • Grounding breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring awareness into the chest and heart space
  • Fluid, steady movement to open the body, clear energetic congestion, and support circulation—preparing the system to receive cacao with presence
  • Sound healing to support resonance and integration
  • Guided heart inquiry + journaling to listen inward, access clarity, and align with what is true

We will share Legacy cacao, an ancient heart-opening drink made from cacao beans, used to gently open the heart and support connection to intuition, emotional intelligence, and inner wisdom.

Date: Sunday, February 1st
Time: 12:00p - 3:00p
Location: True Nature Kiva
