Join us for a fun, engaging, and heart-centered week as we celebrate Heart Health Month with daily wellness activities designed to support your physical, emotional, and social well-being. Each day of the week features a unique theme with interactive classes, movement, education, and creative activities for the entire community.

9:00 AM - 12:00 AM | Fresh Produce Distribution-while supplies last, first come, first serve!

Directions: Enter the building, immediately turn left, walk all the way down, and turn right into the Wellness Community.
