Come gather in a safe, supportive space to gently tend to the emotional stories your heart has been carrying. The heart holds experiences of love, loss, grief, and connection, and over time it can build protections that once felt necessary but now limit ease, intimacy, and vitality.

In this circle, we will explore the beliefs and emotional patterns connected to the heart through guided meditation, intuitive healing, and gentle belief work. You will be invited to soften, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of your heart.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be supported.
