Join us for curated wellness moments — movement, nourishment, and mindfulness — designed to fit into your workday. Both days will feature the same three sessions so choose one that works best for your schedule!

Available Sessions:

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM | Morning Movement
Gentle flow session to start your day, followed by a refresh at the juice bar.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Nourish & Learn Lunch
Enjoy lunch while joining a nutrition talk focused on integrating wellness into your workday.

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Evening Reset
Unwind with a guided meditation and recharge at our juice bar.

All sessions are free, capacity is limited to 15 spots per session so make sure to register for your spot early! RSVP by registering for your preferred time.
