Heart Foundation Parliament Walk

The Heart Foundation invites you to join us for a Heart Foundation Walk as we step into the new year, promoting the National Walking Initiative and highlighting the importance of walking for heart health and overall well-being.

This event will serve as a reminder of the simple yet profound impact of just 30 minutes of walking a day to reduce the risk of heart disease.

Event Details

Date: Thursday, 13 February 2025

Time: We hope to start walking at 8am, so please aim to arrive by 7.50am

Location: Meet in the Parliament House Forecourt

Distance: 1.5km

What to wear: There’s no formal dress code, but we’d be delighted if you could wear red to show your support for the Heart Foundation. Don’t forget to wear comfy shoes for the walk and bring a water bottle if you wish.
