Welcome to the Heart Failure Education and Support Group!

Come join us on the First Friday of each Month at 10:30 AM for a gathering of individuals who are looking to learn more about heart failure and connect with others facing similar challenges.

Location: Lobby Conference Room

Please use the Main Entrance, located closest to the River. This entrance features a patient drop-off loop and a large statue for easy identification. The Main Entrance is the most convenient way to access the event. Once inside, the Lobby Conference Room is directly to the left. Follow the signs or ask at the front desk for directions.

Come join us for a morning of learning and connecting with others who understand what you're going through. Our group provides a safe space for sharing experiences, gaining knowledge, and finding support. Whether you're a heart failure patient, caregiver, or simply interested in learning more, you're welcome to attend. Let's navigate this journey together and empower each other to live our best lives.
