About this Event

Through guided meditation, reflection, and an immersive sound bath, we’ll create space to notice what the heart may still be holding; old protection, grief, fear, expectations, or ways we’ve learned to disconnect from ourselves in order to stay connected to others.

Together, we’ll explore questions like:

• Have you confused keeping the peace with keeping your heart open?
• What would it feel like to receive love without searching for proof of it?
• Can you stay connected to your own heart even when someone else cannot meet you there?

You don’t need to arrive healed, open, or ready to let anything go.

Just come as you are.
