Pause. Breathe. Reconnect with your heart.
Join us for a morning of meditation in a beautiful sanctuary setting. Whether you're completely new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you'll find a welcoming community and a simple practice that helps quiet the mind, reconnect with the heart, and cultivate lasting inner peace.
If you've been curious about meditation but aren't sure where to start, this class is for you.
Unlike guided meditation, this is a simple silent practice that helps you reconnect with the peace, love, and wisdom already within your own heart.
What to Expect
- A warm welcome and short introduction
- A brief talk on happiness, awareness, and living from the heart
- Silent heart-centered meditation
- Optional conversation and questions afterward
No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
Before You Come
- Please arrive by 5:30 PM so we can begin together.
- Meditation cushions provided. If you need a chair, we have a few.
Donations
