Heart-Blowing Yoga is a social movement to share our love and appreciation for our yoga practice with ALL of YOU! Yoga, Connection, Authenticity, and CommUnity! Emphasizing a steadfast commitment to honesty and confidence, Heart-Blowing Yoga equips us with tangible resources for fostering meaningful connections and cultivating love within ourselves and in our relationships with others.

Heart-Blowing Yoga Classes and Series are HSF’s contribution towards yoga decolonization. Heart-Blowing Yoga Classes and Series are donation-based yoga classes in collaboration with teachers who are part of our Higher-Self Friendly communities. We host these yoga series at several Higher-Self Friendly Spaces, such as parks, community centers, nonprofit organizations, socially responsible businesses, conscious festivals, and other diverse, inclusive and progressive social joints.
