Heart Beat 45years+ First Aid Workshop // Meerilinga Woodvale

Inviting all community members over 45 years old (or close too!) to join us for a FREE workshop by Royal Life Saving WA.
As part of the Make the Right Call program, the Heart Beat 45+ course is a free, practical first aid and CPR session designed specifically for adults. Whether you're spending time around water, caring for grandkids, or simply want to be prepared, this course gives you the confidence to act when it matters most.
Emergencies can happen anytime – at home, in the community, or by the water. Knowing how to respond can mean the difference between life and death. First aid and CPR are critical skills that everyone should have. They empower you to take action quickly, provide support until help arrives, and potentially save a life.
No prior experience is needed – just a willingness to learn. Because when every second counts, being prepared isn’t just smart, it’s essential.

Please note that the Heart Beat Club and Heart Beat 45+ courses are community initiatives only. These are not qualification courses.
