Flowing through intentional movements and breathwork, you'll prepare your body to receive the healing energies of the cacao and sound.
Following the yoga session, we will share in a ceremonial cup of cacao, a plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart and promote emotional clarity. With each sip, you’ll feel a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you, awakening a sense of gratitude, love, and purpose.
As the cacao works its magic, you’ll be bathed in healing vibrations from crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and other instruments during the sound bath. These frequencies help to release energetic blockages, calm the mind, and balance the chakra system, leaving you in a state of harmony and bliss.
