Join Rachel and Emily for a day of autumnal escapism at Treetops, to truly benefit both your heart and soul.
You will enjoy various classes throughout the day such as a Morning Yoga Flow with Rachel, Sound Healing with Emily, some AromaYoga and Yin Yoga with Rachel, a creative session and of course delicious food throughout the day.
They day runs from 9:30am - 3:30pm and our day will be spent mainly in the house with the cosy fire and Aga and if we have autumn sunshine we will get out into the garden and woodlands, it's a lovely peaceful location, which really helps you create that 'getting away from it all' feeling.
