CLASSIC NAPA KIMCHI
Welcome to Heart & Seoul Lab, a hands-on food experience where curiosity meets Korean culture!
For our first Lab, we’re exploring the art of making classic Napa cabbage kimchi. Watch our host demonstrate how to prepare kimchi paste, then roll up your sleeves and get hands-on as you mix, massage, and pack your own kimchi to take home.
After making kimchi, we’ll gather around the table for a kimchi tasting and Korean-inspired meal. You’ll leave with your own batch of kimchi, a recipe and instruction card, and a little more knowledge of a staple in Korean cuisine.
