Anne Han, owner of Winnie Superette in Nevada City, will guide us through a live cooking demo featuring two irresistible dishes:Vegetarian Tteokbokki – chewy rice cakes simmered in a flavorful sauce
Mini Kimbap – rice-based rolls wrapped in seaweed and filled with goodness
