In this class brought to you by CalFresh Healthy Living and Nevada County Public Health, In this interactive class, we will discuss finding the food waste in your home, how to stretch your produce, how to reuse food scraps and leftover foods, and preservation techniquesClass includes a recipe and tasting. This will be an in-person class.
